Recovery Zone Economic Development Bond Volume CAP
The West Virginia Economic Development Authority hereby gives public notice that $53,749,000 of recovery zone economic development bond volume cap is available for reallocation as provided in W.Va. Code § 5B-7-4.
On or before April 1, 2010, all eligible issuers seeking allocation of unused recovery zone economic development bond volume cap must file on a form of the Authority developed for that purpose a complete application setting forth the amount of unallocated volume cap requested.
Applications for reallocation of recovery zone economic development bond volume cap shall be postmarked or hand delivered to the Authority not later than 5:00 pm on April 1, 2010, at the following address:

All applications for reallocation of recovery zone economic development bond volume cap submitted on or before April 1, 2010 will be deemed by the Authority to have been simultaneously filed on April 1, 2010.
Recovery Zone Facility Bond Volume CAP
The West Virginia Economic Development Authority hereby gives public notice that $77,858,000 of recovery zone facility bond volume cap is available for reallocation as provided in W.Va. Code § 5B-7-4.
On or before May 1, 2010, all eligible issuers seeking allocation of unused recovery zone facility bond volume cap must file on a form of the Authority developed for that purpose a complete application setting forth the amount of unallocated volume cap requested.
Applications for reallocation of recovery zone facility bond volume cap shall be postmarked or hand delivered to the authority not later than 5:00 pm on May 1, 2010, at the following address:
